For the children who remain missing—keep them safe, guide rescuers to them, and grant strength to their families who wait in anguish: Lord, in your mercy, Hear our prayer. For the parents and loved ones who grieve the missing and the lost—surround them with your peace that surpasses understanding: Lord, in your mercy, Hear our prayer. For those who have perished—may light perpetual shine upon them, and may their memories be a blessing: Lord, in your mercy, Hear our prayer. For those who were rescued and reunited—may their lives be filled with thanksgiving, healing, and hope: Lord, in your mercy, Hear our prayer. We give you thanks for all first responders, volunteers, and all who risk their lives to save others—uphold and strengthen them: Lord, in your mercy, Hear our prayer. God, please hold every hurting heart in Your mighty hands. Wrap Your arms around these families. Bring light into this darkness.
